Which method is best for you?

The methods of sale include Sale by Private Treaty, Auction, or expressions of interest.
Private treaty:
We will help to determine the price of your home, using a market analysis of comparable properties in the area. Auction:
When marketing a property for auction, the property is presented to the market without specifying the price. Up to the date of the auction, we run an intensive marketing campaign over a set period of time, and hold open home days so that potential buyers may view your property on days suitable to you. All potentials are followed up to ensure they make the auction date. This method of sale is suitable when a home is difficult to price, or when your home is in a desirable area and putting a ceiling price is not the best method to achieving the best possible price for your home.
Expressions of Interest:
This method allows for a fixed period of marketing with a defined closing date. Over the period of marketing, any offers are made in writing and will be presented to you, as the owner, for consideration.
