For existing tenants: Please complete this form to advise of any non-urgent repairs required. Please provide as much detail as possible, including brand and model when referring to appliances, so that we can action your request promptly. Found the perfect property? Download and complete our tenancy application form and return by email to hollys@location2065.com or fax 02 9439 3188. Please ensure all neccessary accompanying documents are included (100 points of identification, proof of income, relevant references and proof of current residential address) and that the form is fillled out in full.
